Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 July 2026

1. The deal

Dayden is a personal life organiser sold as a one-time lifetime licence. One licence is for one person and covers all of that person's devices. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product: you get every update we ship, for as long as Dayden exists, with no further payment.

2. Your licence

Your licence code is personal and non-transferable. It can be redeemed on one account and used on any number of that account's devices. Sharing, reselling or publishing codes may result in the licence being revoked.

3. Refunds

Purchases made through AppSumo follow AppSumo's refund policy (currently 60 days, no questions asked). Refunded licences are deactivated.

4. Your data

Your content belongs to you. We claim no rights over anything you put into Dayden. You can export it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how it is handled.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer the licensing of, or resell access to the service. Don't use it for anything unlawful.

6. Service and warranty

We work hard to keep Dayden available and your sync reliable, but the app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The app is offline-first: even if sync is ever unavailable, your data remains on your device. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.

7. Not medical advice

Dayden is an organisational tool. It does not provide medical, financial or legal advice.

8. Changes

If these terms change materially we will note it on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

9. Contact
