Dayden is a personal life organiser sold as a one-time lifetime licence. One licence is for one person and covers all of that person's devices. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product: you get every update we ship, for as long as Dayden exists, with no further payment.
Your licence code is personal and non-transferable. It can be redeemed on one account and used on any number of that account's devices. Sharing, reselling or publishing codes — or sharing your account sign-in with other people — may result in the licence being revoked.
To keep the one-person licence fair for everyone, Dayden records account-security events (sign-ins, account creation, licence redemptions and sign-outs) together with the IP address and browser/device type of each event, as described in the Privacy Policy. If an account shows clear signs of being shared between many people, we may contact the account holder, and in serious or repeated cases revoke the licence. Genuine personal use across your own devices — phone, tablet, computers — will never trigger this. If your licence is ever revoked in error, or your key stops working, email info@dayden.app and we will put it right.
Purchases made through AppSumo follow AppSumo's refund policy (currently 60 days, no questions asked). Refunded licences are deactivated.
Your content belongs to you. We claim no rights over anything you put into Dayden. You can export it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how it is handled.
Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer the licensing of, or resell access to the service. Don't use it for anything unlawful.
We work hard to keep Dayden available and your sync reliable, but the app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The app is offline-first: even if sync is ever unavailable, your data remains on your device. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
Dayden is an organisational tool. It does not provide medical, financial or legal advice.
If these terms change materially we will note it on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
